The Bagaria Group headed by Sri Sheo Shankar Bagaria, assisted by Mr Abhishek Bagaria and Mr Ashish Bagaria is into manufacturing of steel Products, tea estates, real state development, investments in the capital market and has wind farms. The annual group turnover is approximately Rs 600 crores.

The parent company AHW Steels Pvt Ltd. incorporated in 1949 for production of wire rods and TMT Bars with Thermex technology.

The Bagaria Group has four tea estates across the country with a total production capacity nearly 20 lac kg per season – Orange Valley Tea Estate, Phuguri Tea Estate, Gayabaree & Millikthong Tea Estate in Darjeeling and Bhubrighat Tea Estate in Assam. Kusum International an export house is the tea trading and export division of the group dealing in all kind of Indian Teas.

The group’s another real estate project under construction is Solitaire, spread over more than 2 acres of land and developing more than 4 lacs sq ft of luxurious residential apartments on Eastern Bypass road right in between the ITC Sonar Bangla hotel and J.W.Marriott hotel, Kolkata.
